About the role
This is a high-trust, fast-paced role supporting our Executive Director, Executive Chairman, Board, and Senior Leaders.
You’ll be the go-to for keeping things running smoothly - managing priorities, coordinating meetings, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
With 30 hours per week across 4–5 days, this role offers flexibility while still being deeply connected to the heartbeat of the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide high-level executive support including diary, travel, and correspondence management
- Coordinate Board, Executive & Leadership meetings—agendas, papers, minutes, and logistics
- Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage communications with key stakeholders including Board members and external partners
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support governance processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with projects, events, and cross-team collaboration
Skills and Experiences:
What we’re looking for
You’re a seasoned administration professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves being one step ahead.
You’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in executive or senior administration support
- Exceptional organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to juggle priorities, stay calm under pressure, and problem-solve proactively
- Absolute confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in a not-for-profit or governance environment is highly regarded
