About the Role:

As a Junior System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing Level 2 infrastructure support requests, maintaining critical IT systems, and contributing to infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work across a broad enterprise infrastructure spanning multiple locations and international operations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform administration, monitoring, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Provide Level 2 infrastructure support and resolve escalated help desk tickets.
Support Microsoft Server, Desktop, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Administer and support Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Assist with infrastructure projects and improvement initiatives.
Work closely with senior team members to develop your technical expertise.
Liaise with vendors for product support and issue resolution

About You:

At least 2 years' experience in an IT Help Desk role supporting infrastructure, or a relevant tertiary qualification.
Experience supporting and administering corporate IT infrastructure.
Exposure to Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
A collaborative, professional, and accountable team player with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
