About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and based at our Karratha Steel Centre, you will be part of a team that values safety, reliability and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What you will be doing:

Deliver steel products safely to customers using an HC truck
Provide professional customer service at delivery sites
Comply with all relevant Australian heavy vehicle, WHS and transport regulations, policies and procedures
Assist with general warehouse operations as required, including picking and packing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles and operating equipment such as forklifts

Working hours are 7.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. The base rate on offer is $34 per hour + driver allowance $6 per hour + generous remote location allowance.

What you will bring:

HC (Heavy Combination) truck licence, and some driving experience is essential
Strong customer service skills
A safety-first mindset
No prior steel/product knowledge required
Experience with forklift operation, and load restraint, will be highly regarded but is not essential
