Are you an organised, people-focused professional who enjoys keeping teams running smoothly and ensuring customers are well supported?
We’re looking for a Workshop Administrator to join our Kadina team for 12 months, providing support to our busy Service team during a period of parental leave.
This varied role plays an important part in keeping our workshop operations running efficiently across the region. Working alongside another Workshop Administrator, together you’ll support the coordination, scheduling, invoicing, and communication across our Ag and Heavy Vehicle service teams — working closely with technicians, branches, and customers to help keep everything on track.

What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in administration or customer service
Experience in a workshop, service, or trades environment (highly regarded)
A solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
