Full Job Description

Double Glazing West are established leaders in the glazing industry because we provide a superior level of product quality, communication and service, all while providing outstanding design solutions that service the lifestyle needs required by our clients. We are seeking applicants who will be committed to delivering on these expectations at all times.

If you are physically capable, punctual, reliable, have a passion for paying attention to detail, getting things right the first time, and working effectively within a factory team environment, we are looking for a candidate like you.

Minimum requirements:

C Class License

The successful applicant will be trained to:

Read and follow instructions accurately
Use cutting tables, small machinery, hand and power tools
Cut, polish and handle glass components
Operate toughening and IGU manufacturing machinery
Demonstrate initiative to overcome unexpected circumstances
Work collaboratively and sustainably within a team environment

You will be able to demonstrate:

Highly developed communication skills that present yourself and the company passionately and professionally at all times
Ability to receive feedback constructively, with a view to further developing your skills through every experience
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
An eye for detail with a commitment to producing a high standard of work on every occasion

Additional skills that will be favourably considered:

Previous experience in the Glazing or similar industry
Forklift License
