About this opportunity

The Tax Help Champion is a friendly and tech savvy Champion who works one on one with the community to lodge their tax returns throughout the tax period.

The Tax Help Champion has a basic knowledge of computers and is able to navigate IT systems (eg mygov platform) .

Responsibilities include:

Registering as a Volunteer with the ATO Tax Help Program
Complete the online Tax Help Training Modules
Conduct in person appointments with clients to support them with lodging their
tax returns through the mygov platform.
Register clients with mygov if they do not have an online account.
