Your new role
This is a full time position based in Hobart TAS
As a Principal Psychologist at PeopleSense by Altius you will lead a team of Psychologists who deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services. Your role includes the following:
Team leadership

Oversee a small team of provisional, registered, and clinical psychologists.

Provide guidance, support & mentorship, assisting in performance management, career progression, and business operations.
Clinical expertship
-
Facilitate and participate in clinical supervision of client caseload as needed, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered.

Undertake quality assurance activities to maintain and improve service delivery excellence.
Psychological service delivery

Provide psychological services to a caseload of clients and customers by delivering evidence-based interventions and therapeutic support, including:

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling – offering services to a range of clients, including adults, children and adolescences and couples

Onsite and Critical Incident Attendance – support people at their workplace

Private / Medicare rebated counselling
-
Compensation Scheme Work – support our clients with pain related issues, injury adjustment and trauma from an acquired injury

Multidisciplinary Interventions – work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
About you

Psychologist with full registration with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) -group.com.au

Experience leading a team and supporting psychologists is essential

Full Australian working rights

Ability to obtain a national police check

A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
