We’re looking for driven Year 7-10 Maths Tutors who bring energy, empathy, and a love of teaching. This is your chance to inspire students, grow as a communicator and leader, and pass on your passion to the next generation. This role is based at our Bentleigh campus.

With world-class workbooks designed by subject experts, you’ll lead engaging group classes (8–20 students), helping students build confidence, master their subjects, and excel in their assessments – all while sharing your passion for maths and learning.

What You Will Do

Teach – Guide groups of Year 7–10 students through content and problem-solving.
Coach – Motivate students to engage deeply with content and build confidence.
Mentor – Share your own study journey and provide relatable advice.
Connect – Build genuine relationships with students and families.

What You Will Bring

VCE completion with 99+ ATAR with 40+ raw study scores in VCE Maths Methods.
First-year university level knowledge or above in Mathematics.
Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred, but not essential).
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset.
A full academic year commitment with minimum 10 hours of weekly commitment.
Ability to work at our Bentleigh campus.
Alignment with Contour’s mission (non-compete agreement required).
