At Poco Posy, we’re not just a florist—we create beautiful bouquets every day, delivering smiles and flowers all over Brisbane & Melbourne. We support local brands and growers, offering add-on gifts sourced from businesses right here at home.

Now, we’re looking for a superstar to join our Customer Service & Admin team! If you’re a problem-solving wizard, love making people's day, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be your dream job. No floristry experience? No worries! All you need is a passion for blooms and a big smile.

What you’ll be doing:

Organizing deliveries and supporting our superstar drivers
Processing phone and online orders like a pro
Handling customer questions and solving problems with a cool head
Helping keep stock in check and prepping our fabulous gifts
Building relationships with couriers and corporate clients
Pitching in with the team for tasks like packing gift boxes and keeping things tidy

What we’re looking for:

A customer service dynamo with eagle-eyed attention to detail
A team player who can also fly solo when needed
Someone cool under pressure

What’s in it for you?

Casual Hours - 15 - 25 hrs a week
7am–3pm - great hours for working parents or the early riser!
Some Saturday's will be required
