Who we are looking for
Lead a skilled team in the delivery of essential water and sewerage services across the Hamilton and surrounding region. As Team Leader of Civil Maintenance, you'll provide strong, practical leadership to our Civil Maintenance Operators, ensuring our water and sewerage assets are maintained safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This is an ongoing full-time position based in Hamilton Victoria with a generous salary of $91,529 to $99,513 p.a. plus superannuation.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with
- A Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or suitable equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in the operation and maintenance of water and sewerage systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external contractors.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, resources, and teams to achieve objectives efficiently.
- A strong commitment to safety, accountability and high-quality outcomes for our people, our customers and the environment.
