About Us

Our History

Established in 2014 Optimum Health & Performance has grown to become one of the leading Physiotherapy and Allied Health Practices on the Central Coast. We are in two great locations in Erina and Wyong with plans to expand in the near future.

Initially offering just Physiotherapy services we quickly identified a greater number of patients and funders required the input of multiple health professionals. In order to meet these needs head on we expanded our service offering by creating our multi-displinary practice group.

Since 2014 we have grown our team with additional Allied Health services. In 2018 we expanded our Wyong business and moved premises to our newest clinic next to Reliance Medical Centre within the Golflinks Estate. Previously a warehouse we designed and fitted out a purpose built 660 sqm state of the art facility and equipment.

Our key services are: Musculoskeletal, Sports and Women’s Health Physiotherapy, Clinical exercise physiology, exercise classes, Podiatry, Clinical Pilates, Remedial massage therapy, Nutrition and Health Screens and our newest Concussion Management (the only accredited clinic on the Central Coast).

Remedial Massage Therapist

Casual position in private practice
Wyong & Terrigal clinic – casual

Our Remedial Massage service is growing and we are looking for an amazing therapist for an extra day or two of work in either or both of our clinics.

About You

You are a fun, personable, outgoing therapist and have a desire to excel in private practice. You’re always looking to develop your knowledge and skills, and are eager to take on new and exciting challenges.
Perhaps you are looking for your first role in a practice or maybe you just aren’t fulfilled with your career so far and know that there is a better opportunity waiting for you.

About the Role

You’ll join our Remedial Massage Team and take pride in progressing your career.
You’ll use your great people skills, fantastic communication and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, and having a laugh and banter in our vibrant culture.
We can offer a fantastic base salary, and you will be financially rewarded as you grow your case load.
To get started, we suggest one day per week in each practice to begin building a following of loyal patients and have availability to grow your days as quickly as demand increases.
You will have or can quickly obtain your provider number for health fund rebates.

With over 3 years of history we are continuing to expand due to a popular following amongst patients, medical referrers, strong networks and an excellent community reputation.
You will work alongside a team of skilled Physiotherapists led by our practice principle – a titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist.
