Safe Steps Therapy is a multidisciplinary allied health practice based in Bonnyrigg, delivering Behaviour Support, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Psychology across Western Sydney. As we grow, we're hiring Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists and Psychologists at all levels — Junior, Senior, and Team Leader — and building a team of clinicians who want real clinical variety, hands-on mentoring, and a genuine say in how the practice develops.
About the Roles
Each role combines the stability of a clinic base with the variety of mobile, community-based practice. You'll work across our Bonnyrigg clinic, clients' homes, schools and early learning centres, with a caseload spanning paediatric and adult presentations funded through NDIS and private referrals. Full-time or part-time available, with flexibility to structure your week around your availability.

What's On Offer
- Base salary $85,000 – $130,000+ + Superannuation, depending on discipline and experience, plus bonus opportunities with potential to earn $10,000+

The Role
- Conduct comprehensive assessments across paediatric and adult clients within your discipline
- Develop and deliver individualised, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide therapy across in-clinic, home, school and early learning centre settings
- Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team on shared clients
- Deliver parent coaching, capacity-building sessions, and educator or support worker training
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including NDIS reporting
Caseload May Include
Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Progressive Disease, and Acquired Neurological Conditions, alongside discipline-specific presentations — sensory processing and daily living skills (OT), speech sound and language disorders and AAC (Speech Pathology), musculoskeletal and mobility needs (Physiotherapy), and mental health and emotional regulation (Psychology).
About You
We're looking for allied health professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and want to grow within a practice that's still being shaped.
You will have:
- Degree in your relevant discipline, with current or eligible registration/membership (AHPRA for Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Psychology; Speech Pathology Australia for Speech Pathology)
- Confidence managing a paediatric and adult caseload, with support as needed (early-career clinicians welcome if highly motivated; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply)
- Comfort working across clinic, home, school and community settings
- Strong communication, time management and clinical documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, family-centred practice and a genuine interest in ongoing learning
Requirements
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, essential for the mobile component of this role
- Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
