What you'll be doing
This is a training position in hospital pharmacy to gain the knowledge and skills required to achieve registration as a pharmacist in Australia. The Pharmacist Intern assists with the provision of a clinical pharmacy service under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Selection Criteria

Eligible for provisional registration as an intern pharmacist by AHPRA (Australian recognised pharmacy degree)

Demonstrated ability to apply medication related knowledge to clinical practice.

Demonstrated knowledge of legislative and policy requirements that govern pharmacy practice.

Effective verbal and written communication skills including medication counselling to enable a patient to safely and effectively administer medicines.

Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
