Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Enrolled Nurses to join our growing team on a Casual Basis.
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our nursing teams across a range of clinical areas. Working under the direction and supervision of Registered Nurses, you will provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care that supports positive patient outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary environment while developing your clinical skills and delivering care aligned with professional standards and organisational values.

The role of the Enrolled Nurse is to:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice, ensuring patient wellbeing, dignity, and independence are supported at all times.
- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, contributing to timely clinical decision-making and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation in accordance with organisational policies, legislative requirements, and clinical standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals to support coordinated, person-centred care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, quality improvement initiatives, and safety activities to support high standards of clinical practice.
About you
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
- Enrolled Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
- Demonstrated clinical nursing experience with the ability to provide safe and effective patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating initiative, accountability, and professionalism.
- Flexible and adaptable, with sound organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Committed to continuous learning, quality improvement, and upholding the values of integrity, respect, compassion, and teamwork.
