What you'll do
As a Business Development Officer in our Employment Services team you'll:
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with businesses, industry networks and community stakeholders to unlock new opportunities.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and connect organisations with workforce solutions that deliver shared value.
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring strong engagement and sustainable outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
- Champion social procurement initiatives and supported employment pathways, helping businesses achieve their objectives while creating positive community impact.
What you'll bring
- A proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience identifying opportunities, generating engagement and delivering measurable results.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives.
- A proactive approach, curiosity to uncover opportunities, and a passion for creating positive impact.
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
Bonus points for
- Working in sales or business development associated with social impact
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM management
