As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for leading and developing the kitchen team while ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a diverse kitchen brigade
Organising and delegating effectively to ensure smooth daily operations
Managing stock control, ordering and food cost performance
Maintaining food safety, compliance and operational standards
Delivering consistent, high-quality food across all service periods
Contributing to and executing seasonal menu changes twice annually
Implementing and embracing BOH systems and processes
Working closely with venue leadership to drive performance and continued growth

You will bring:
Previous experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume venue
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and delegation abilities
Sound knowledge of stock control, labour management and compliance
A passion for coaching and developing kitchen teams
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to kitchen operations
The ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes
Competitive salary package plus up to $20,000 in KPI bonuses annually
Lead a well-established and capable kitchen team
