What You'll Be Doing

Providing person-centred support tailored to individual goals and aspirations.
Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
Supporting participants to build confidence, develop life skills, and increase independence.
Encouraging social inclusion and participation in community activities
Developing positive relationships with participants, families, carers, and other stakeholders.
Promoting dignity, choice, rights, and inclusion in every interaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has a genuine passion for supporting people with disability.
Is reliable, compassionate, and committed to making a difference.
Can work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, sleepovers, and active nights.
Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills.
Brings a positive attitude, empathy, and resilience to their work.
Holds or is willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and current First Aid and CPR certification.

Bonus Points If You Have

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a related qualification
Experience in disability support, aged care, community services, or a similar field.
Knowledge of the NDIS and person-centred support practices.
