Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this stimulating Permanent Part Time Retail Inventory Lead role at our brand-new Brendale store.

We’re looking for a Retail Inventory Lead to join our team and take ownership of all things inventory, replenishment and back-of-house operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves accuracy, organisation and process. You’ll play a key role in keeping our inventory accurate, our stockroom safe and organised, and our stores fully replenished and ready for our customers. This is the perfect role for someone who is organised, hands-on and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for getting the details right.

A bit about you...

Enjoy a hands-on role and understands this is not a desk-based inventory administration position
Inventory and stock-receiving experience preferably in a high-volume retail environment
Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
Highly developed organisational skills and time management
Strong communicator and self-motivated individual with the ability to inspire others around them with the best stock and inventory practices
Solutions driven individual who will challenge the status quo and provide efficient processes
Ability to multitask whilst being resilient through change and able to bounce back from setbacks quickly
Demonstrates self-awareness and is open to personal and professional development
An influencer who is highly personable, confident, and with an outstanding ability to develop interpersonal relationships with customers and colleagues
Ability to lift and process products up to 20kg
