Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Yanchep, Western Australia. This temporary, casual role is essential in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in our medical and nursing services, contributing to a compassionate and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individual care plans.
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a support or care role, preferably in a medical or nursing environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Empathy and compassion, with a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
Relevant certifications in first aid and CPR are advantageous.
