Brite Dental is looking for a Dental Receptionist / Practice Coordinator to join our established private practice in Panania. Our reputation has been built around quality dentistry, genuine patient care and a warm, welcoming experience.

We are looking for someone who can become a key member of our team, take responsibility for the smooth running of the front desk, deliver an exceptional patient experience and actively contribute to the continued growth of Brite Dental.

About the role

As our Dental Receptionist / Practice Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for every patient while helping coordinate the day-to-day operation and growing the practice.

· Own the patient journey end to end—from enquiry till aftercare.

· Be the friendly face that greets every patient, making them feel at home from the moment they walk in.

· Handle appointments, patient queries, and administrative tasks like a pro.

· Convert consultations into booked treatments and follow up with patients

· Be the first and last impression—in person, on the phone, and over email.

· Reception and administration duties.

· Lead the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic

· Support practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care and efficient clinical operations

· Coach, mentor and develop the team

· Manage rostering, workflow, patient coordination and clinic presentation

· Build a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement

· Identifying opportunities to improve systems and efficiency

· Consistently acquire Google reviews to build and boost the business credibility

The person we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is:

Professional, reliable, organised, Warm & personable, confident, proactive and a capable team leader

Dental experience

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Practice Coordinator will be highly regarded.

Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) is an advantage.
