Your Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for a self-driven and results-focused Senior Account Manager to join our established sales team based out of our Dubbo office!

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships and enjoys being out on the road connecting with customers face-to-face.

You'll be joining a loyal and experienced team of Account Managers, providing plenty of support so you can take this opportunity to make a real impact with a trusted brand.

What You'll be Doing:

Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing accounts in the Central West region of NSW
Develop strategic plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including customer care and trade store teams
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Maintain a territory call plan and follow up on pipeline opportunities
Deliver tailored product solutions and exceed sales targets

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in sales and operations, ideally within Safety, Industrial, Mining, Resources and Government sectors
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems
A proactive, customer-first mindset with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Strategic thinking and attention to detail
A valid, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
