We at Barry Plant Drouin are expanding our team and we are looking for someone who is determined, motivated and enthusiastic to join our highly successful team.

Have 1+ years real estate sales experience
Have completed your Agents Representative course
Are highly organised and have excellent computer and communication skills

Ability to emerse yourself into the community
An understanding of federal and local laws regarding real estate

Confidence & Motivation to Exceed expectations
Current Driver’s license & a reliable car.

Duties include but not limited to:

Flexible with working hours
Market appraisals
Meeting with clients
Obtaining listings of properties for sale
Marketing of property
Seeking out and introducing buyers
Officering clients advice on current market conditions
Prospecting and customer service calls
Negotiating the sales
Liaising with legal representatives
