Hiring: Personal Trainer | Red Hill South

Casual personal training role in Red Hill South, VIC, starting immediately. $40.17 to $55 per hour depending on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission. Grow to 20 to 30+ paid hours a week.

You Did Not Become a PT to Pay Rent or Chase Ghosts

You got into this to coach. To change lives. To help people who actually need it.

Not to:

Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent two hours prepping their free session
Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up
Burn your evenings writing captions nobody books from
Spend your weekends doing unpaid admin instead of resting or training yourself
Talented coaches quit every week, not because they are bad at it, but because the model is stacked against them.
