PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
Identify and develop creative content, and lead, deliver and report on digital strategies, campaigns and projects in line with Power and Water
Corporation’s purpose and vision, to support and profile the organisation’s investments, initiatives, people and achievements and enhance corporate
reputation. Develop and deliver emergency social media communications strategies and content to keep the community informed during
emergencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The “WHAT” to be delivered
- Identify, source and create digital content to support Power and Water’s Internal, Social and Media strategies.
- Develop digital strategies and campaigns that showcase projects and initiatives that recognise different internal and external audiences, and
communication channels, to drive engagement and positively position Power and Water.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify potential projects and initiatives, working closely with them
to develop and deliver quality content.
- Lead the development and production of creative content to support business unit strategic outcomes, engaging external providers where
required, including scripting and storyboarding, location and talent selection, editing and production.
- Manage the scheduling and delivery of social media campaigns and report on the results, adjusting campaigns as necessary to achieve the best
results.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders.
- Provide timely and strategic advice to the Senior Manager Corporate Affairs and Corporate Affairs team.
- Contribute to the Corporate Affairs team successfully delivering its strategic outcomes.
- Participate in the on-call unplanned outages roster, as required.
- Ability to work outside business hours as required.
