What We’re Looking for in You
You are a passionate, energetic, and skilled leader ready to inspire your team and create meaningful experiences for children and families. Your ability to balance operational excellence with genuine care makes you the perfect fit.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor equivalent in Early Childhood.

Valid WWCC and current First Aid or CPR Certificate.
-
Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.

Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).

Exceptional communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

Strong technical skills to work across a variety of online platforms.

Commercially astute - proven ability to increase occupancy and minimise debt.
- A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
