⭐ Trainee Educator | Corinda

Looking to start your career in Early Childhood Education? Join Journey Early Learning Corinda as a Trainee Educator and earn while you learn in a supportive, community-focused environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and ready to take the first step towards a rewarding career. You'll be supported by experienced educators and leaders while gaining hands-on experience and completing your qualification.

About the Role

As a Trainee Educator, you'll learn how to support children's learning, development, and wellbeing through meaningful, play-based experiences. You'll work alongside experienced educators, build strong relationships with children and families, and develop the skills and confidence to become a successful early childhood professional.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity across Monday to Friday .

Key Responsibilities

Work towards completing your Early Childhood qualification

Support educators in delivering engaging play-based learning experiences

Build positive relationships with children, families, and your team

Assist with daily routines and learning environments

Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment

Participate in training, learning opportunities, and team collaboration

Keep up to date with course requirements and assessment deadlines

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to learn.

You'll bring:

A positive and proactive attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Commitment to completing a formal qualification

Current Paid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
