You will play a hands-on role in the Cooma cattle yards, keeping livestock moving safely, yards clean and organised, and records accurate so the whole plant can run smoothly and meet animal welfare standards every day.

To succeed, you’ll bring:
- Practical livestock handling skills, ideally from working with cattle in yards (or a strong interest in learning – trainee role available).
- A real commitment to animal welfare and low stress handling at all times.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding outdoor environment.
- Confidence to follow procedures, record basic data and complete simple paperwork.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and work occasional out of hours shifts if needed.
