Salary – $102,936 - $113,579 pa Plus Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading
Your role
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while contributing to safer communities. As a Case Manager, you will apply evidence-based case management practices to support offenders with varying levels of risk and need, helping them access interventions that promote rehabilitation and reduce reoffending. This is a rewarding opportunity to build expertise in offender rehabilitation, risk assessment, and case management while working in a challenging and purpose-driven environment. You'll play a key role in supporting positive behavioural change and helping individuals achieve better outcomes for their future.
What you’ll do
As part of the Offender Services and Programs team, you will deliver evidence-based case management to inmates with varying levels of risk and need. You will assess offenders, develop individualised case plans, and coordinate interventions that support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.
You will work closely with inmates, correctional staff, service providers and community stakeholders to facilitate access to programs and services, monitor progress, and support successful reintegration into the community.
You'll be part of a dedicated and collaborative team committed to achieving positive outcomes for offenders and safer communities. Working in a dynamic correctional environment, you'll apply strong communication, resilience and problem-solving skills to manage complex cases and support meaningful behavioural change.
