Job Description

Ready to swap the ordinary for ocean views, road trips and portfolio leadership?

We're looking for an experienced hospitality Operations Manager to join our Parks & Resorts team in a permanent full-time opportunity. The successful candidate can be based on the Gold Coast or Sydney, supporting a portfolio of holiday destinations across Australia, with regular travel to connect with leaders and teams on the ground.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in sophisticated hospitality environments. Partnering closely with onsite General Managers, you'll drive commercial performance, elevate guest experiences and support operational excellence across a diverse portfolio. From accommodation and Food & Beverage operations through to team development and business performance, you'll play a key role in helping our properties and people succeed.

What You'll Do

Partner with General Managers to deliver exceptional commercial and operational outcomes.
Drive revenue growth, profitability and overall business performance.
Provide leadership and support across accommodation, Food & Beverage and guest experience operations.
Coach and develop leaders to build engaged, high-performing teams.
Use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Champion service excellence and consistently high operational standards.
Support safe, compliant and well-run operations across the portfolio.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
Travel regularly to provide hands-on support and operational leadership where it matters most.

What You'll Bring

Significant operational leadership experience within hotels, resorts, lodges or premium hospitality environments.
Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, with experience leading venues, managing commercial performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Proven success supporting senior operational leaders and developing high-performing teams.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and business performance management.
Experience balancing operational excellence, guest satisfaction and financial outcomes.
A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to navigate complex operational environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly throughout the portfolio.
