We’re a well-established hospitality venue in Victoria, dedicated to delivering delicious, high-quality meals and great service to our community. Our kitchen is built on teamwork, consistency, and pride in every plate we serve.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a great dining experience every time they visit. You’ll prepare and present meals to a high standard, keep service running smoothly, and work closely with the team to maintain our reputation for quality and reliability.

What You'll Do

Prepare and cook our popular breakfast and lunch menu. Prior experience with cooking and preparing a full breakfast menu is a must for this role.
Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency.
Maintain high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and safety in line with Victorian food safety regulations.
Prepare and manage orders using a ticket system, experience in similar systems will be highly regarded.
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise food waste.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience as a cook in a café, restaurant, pub, or similar kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards (Food Safety Supervisor Certificate highly regarded).
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
A collaborative, positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
