We are seeking an Executive Assistant who preferable holds experience in the building and contract works administrative field, to provide high-level support to our Executive Team on a part-time basis. This is a varied and engaging role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with senior leaders, coordinate key projects and initiatives, and play a pivotal role in helping our organisation operate efficiently and effectively.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly organised administrator who takes pride in delivering exceptional support. You have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence and professionalism. You are not afraid to ask questions when needed, while also possessing the experience, judgement and initiative to make sound decisions, solve problems independently and keep things moving forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will provide comprehensive executive support including:

Managing calendars, schedules and appointments

Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements

Preparing documents, presentations and executive material

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Building and contracts work admin as well as other general administrative assistance

Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
