Transform180 Green Valley is looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and motivated Personal Trainer to join our growing team. If you're committed to helping members achieve real results while being part of a supportive and high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Personal Trainer at Transform180 Green Valley, you will:

Deliver high-quality one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
Design safe, effective, and results-driven training programs tailored to individual goals.
Conduct fitness consultations.
Motivate, educate, and support members throughout their fitness journey.
Build strong relationships that encourage long-term member success and retention.
Monitor client progress and adjust programs as required.
Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and motivating gym culture.
Assist with member engagement activities, challenges, and community events.
Work collaboratively with the wider Transform180 team to provide an outstanding member experience.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must have:

Certificate III in Fitness (SIS30321) – minimum requirement.
Certificate IV in Fitness (SIS40221) – required to work as a Personal Trainer.
Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid).
Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).
Current registration with AusActive (or willingness to obtain before commencing).
Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance (or willingness to obtain before starting).
A current ABN if operating as a contractor (if applicable).

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous experience as a Personal Trainer (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
Confidence in coaching people of all ages and fitness levels.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to continually learn and develop.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
