Full Job Description

Design Tiles is seeking an experienced and motivated Storeperson/Warehouse manager to join our team. This full‑time position plays a key role in supporting both warehouse operations and showroom presentation, ensuring our customers and internal teams receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently dispatch and receive all inbound and outbound goods.
Clean, package, sort, store, and organise materials in accordance with company standards.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑organised warehouse environment at all times.
Ensure 100% accuracy across all inventory transactions and stock levels (1999) stock items.
Conduct regular stocktakes (fortnightly preferred) and complete stock level adjustments.
Monitor and manage stock levels, providing weekly inventory updates to the office administration and sales teams.
Oversee showroom presentation, including product displays, sample boards, bathroom ware, tapware, and tile sample rooms.
Manage and safeguard all inbound product samples, ensuring accurate handling and storage.
Provide prompt and clear communication regarding all Design Tiles exclusive product arrivals.
Ensure all exclusive products are consistently displayed and have samples available in both the showroom and sample room.
Complete any additional duties assigned by the Director or management within required timeframes.

Key Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Current forklift licence and/or heavy vehicle licence.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Reliable personal transport (fuel and tolls not included).
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational capability.
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm on a full‑time basis.
