Millennium is currently seeking a highly motivated Security Manager to manage one of our Premium Retail sites on the Central Coast, NSW
The role requires an experienced individual with excellent knowledge in site security, building management systems and fire control systems, and the application of standard operating procedures.

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday Day time hours.
Location: Premium retail site
Annual Gross Salary $100k + Relocation Allowance of $2,000.00
Duties & Responsibilities include:

Manage and lead a team of Security Officers

Overseeing the site-based control room and CCTV system

Manage the client relationship on site and report up to regional manager

Assess and mitigate risks on site

Respond to calls for assistance and respond to alarm events

Implement effective strategies for engaging with persons of interest

Communicate effectively with all persons whilst on-duty

Use communication systems including portable two-way radios
-
Provide advice, directions and display a willingness to assist all persons whilst on-duty

Promote and maintain workplace health and safety

Input data on site/client systems, as required by site SOPs

Recruit and train new employees
-
Valid Security Licence is a must
-
Basic First Aid and CPR certification is required

Security supervisory or management experience preferred
-
Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded)

Reliable transportation (preferred).

Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
