The Team & Role
Join the Rosebud Emergency Department as a Ward Clerk and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care. As the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff, you will provide a professional and welcoming reception service while delivering high-quality administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager and emergency department team. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will assist with patient admissions, transfers and discharges, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. This role operates across a 24-hour, seven-day service and offers the opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to providing safe, personal, effective and connected care.
