About the Facility
Moyne Aged Care is a 64‑bed facility in Canowindra, regional NSW, offering a calm, homely atmosphere in a picturesque country town. The service combines heritage character with modern comfort and personalised care.
We are looking for a Business Support Officer to join our aged care team at Moyne Aged Care, in a (full‑time) capacity.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Business Support Officer to join our aged care team. In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will provide essential administrative and rostering support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our facility.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a supportive team environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the management team
- Assist with staff rostering, shift coverage, and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Maintain accurate employee records, rosters, and workforce documentation
- Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new staff
- Respond to general enquiries from staff, residents, and external stakeholders
- Support compliance and reporting requirements as needed
- Contribute to maintaining efficient office and facility operations
What You Will Bring
- Previous experience in an administrative or rostering support role (preferably in aged care or healthcare)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and rostering/software platforms (desirable)
- A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
- A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
