Your Opportunity
This is a highly visible role supporting PC-21 continuing airworthiness activities across maintenance coordination, aircraft data, configuration control, maintenance planning support, and technical administration.
Reporting to the BWC Senior Manager Maintenance, you will work closely with operational and maintenance stakeholders to help ensure aircraft maintenance requirements are identified, work packs are managed effectively, approved maintenance data is controlled, and fleet configuration remains aligned with the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
This position offers:
Annual salary from AUD$62,126 to AUD$93,190 , plus S uperannuation and a 5% bonus . Salary is dependent on qualifications and relevant experience

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the day-to-day activities that underpin PC-21 continuing airworthiness and technical administration. Key responsibilities include:
Support the CAM Coordinator in managing aircraft maintenance stagger by monitoring individual aircraft flying hours against maintenance policy.
Liaise with the Flightline Coordinator to ensure aircraft allocations and flightline services are coordinated safely and efficiently.
Liaise with the Manager Hangar Services on maintenance requirements.
Manage approved aircraft maintenance data and optimised phase maintenance work packs.
Support aircraft and fleet configuration management in accordance with the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
Act as the Super User for the Logistics Management Information System and provide data analysis support, including component overhaul planning.
Ensure required maintenance is identified in work records and facilitated through to maintenance staff.
Coordinate with operational programming stakeholders to align projected maintenance and flightline resources with sortie and configuration requirements.
Manage AMO data and document control processes to maintain ongoing compliance.
Publish approved amendments to the Jet Aviation PMP as requested by process owners and QASM.
Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including RSAF operational representatives, 130 Squadron personnel, Pilatus and Lockheed Martin.
Contribute to continuous improvement, LEAN initiatives, BIT meetings, and error prevention strategies.

Experience in aircraft maintenance control in a civil and/or military aviation environment.
Basic aircraft maintenance knowledge and working knowledge of EASA regulations.
Experience supporting technical administration, maintenance planning, records, or document control in an aviation setting.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
An analytical, process-minded approach with the ability to work accurately and proactively.
Strong planning, prioritisation and problem-solving capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
A customer-focused and safety-first mindset.
High personal accountability, initiative and a collaborative team approach.
