About the role:

CSR are seeking an experienced and motivated Distribution Centre Supervisor to join our Archerfield team and play a key role in leading daily warehouse and transport operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on logistics professional who enjoys leading teams, driving operational excellence and fostering a strong safety culture.

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, the Distribution Centre Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day warehouse and transport activities, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant movement of products while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your role will include:

Lead the day-to-day warehouse and transport operations to deliver safe, efficient and on-time customer service outcomes.
Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Planning teams to optimise operational performance.
Drive a culture of safety, continuous improvement, accountability and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), environmental and legislative requirements.
Lead investigations and resolution of safety incidents, customer complaints and operational issues.
Monitor inventory accuracy and support stocktakes and cycle count processes.
Build, coach and develop a high-performing team through effective leadership, communication and engagement.
Conduct regular team briefings to align priorities, performance targets and safety expectations.
Identify and implement logistics and process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
A hands-on, results-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with WMS/TMS and Microsoft Office applications.
