We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administration professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting quality education and training outcomes.As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the organisation, ensuring administrative processes run smoothly while supporting trainers, students, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
Manage student records, enrolments, and documentation
Ensure compliance with RTO standards, policies, and procedures
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and training activities
Support trainers and assessors with administrative requirements
Maintain databases and reporting systems
Liaise with students, employers, and external stakeholders
Assist with compliance audits and quality assurance activities
Manage office supplies, facilities, and general office administration
Support senior management with operational and project-based tasks

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or education sector (highly desirable)
Knowledge of ASQA standards and compliance requirements (highly desirable)
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Administration Manager, or Senior Administration role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems
The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
A professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
