Based in Brisbane and working a 24/7 rotating roster, you will be part of a globally connected team that combines clinical expertise with modern case management tools to deliver life-changing assistance when it matters most. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end medical assistance cases with a focus on emergency and evacuation scenarios, coordinating care for travellers worldwide
- Provide telephonic clinical advice to travellers experiencing health concerns abroad
- Assess medical reports and coordinate with global healthcare providers to ensure appropriate and timely care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including nights and weekends, as part of a structured shift schedule
- Maintain accurate, detailed case documentation using digital case management systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digitally enabled workflows
What You'll Bring
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 1-2 years of Emergency Department or Emergency Room (ED/ER) experience — mandatory
- Right to work full-time in Australia — mandatory
- Advanced Life Support certification (ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, or APLS highly regarded)
- Confident, clear communicator — both verbally and in writing — with a professional and empathetic telephone manner
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Strong clinical judgement with the ability to adapt quickly under pressure
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days per week in the Brisbane office)
