We’re Hiring: Coach - Fitness Classes/ Junior Development Classes and Gymnastics

Location: MyFirstGym Springfield, 16 Springfield Parkway, Springfield
Job Type: Casual/PPT
Work Schedule: Flexible, Morning & Afternoon Shifts + Weekends

At MyFirstGym, we’re on a mission to help children fall in love with movement – and we’re looking for fun, positive, and inspiring Coaches to join our vibrant team!.

About Us

MyFirstGym is a one-stop fitness hub just for kids! We offer exciting and outcome-driven programs that build physical literacy, confidence, and a love for fitness. Our classes include:

Ninja Warrior
Gymnastics
Tumbling
Parkour
Junior Development (7 months – 4 years)
Boxing
MFG Fit
Date Nights

We’re open 7 days a week with classes in the morning and afternoon. We make fitness fun and meaningful, and we want you to be a part of it!

Your Role as a Coach

At MyFirstGym, you're not just a coach, you're a mentor, motivator, and role model. You’ll lead high-energy, engaging classes, build relationships with children and families, and be the reason a child smiles after class.

What We’re Looking For

Experience working with children
A passion for health, fitness, and child development
Strong communication and customer service skills
Team player attitude with leadership qualities
High energy, fun, and creative approach
Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends

Requirements

First Aid Certificate
CPR Certificate
Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent
Previous coaching, teaching, or sports experience is a plus
Cert 3 Fitness
Gymnastics qualifications - relevant to gymnastics coach
Experience running junior development classes- relevant to Junior development coach
