Role Description:

Support delivery against the CASG ERP Implementation Roadmap
Provide updates to Executive Officer on ERP transition.
Maintain and update the ERP Communication Plan
Ensure the Learner Journeys distributed to Individuals accurately reflect their assigned roles and manage any amendments during Role Mapping Cycles.
Coordinate Transition Action Plan Returns.
Represent the Project Office at CASG ERP functional meetings and provide feedback to Executive Officer.
Coordinate returns to CASG ERP Requests for Information or transition and training issues.
Support staff through ERP training and mentoring in preparation for implementation of each tranche.
Provide reports on individual Project Office staff preparedness.
Proactively prepare the organisation for the next phase of ERP roll-out.
Coordinate the inclusion and role mapping of BDA Embedded Services Personnel into ERP.
Ensure established relationships with Defence ERP, CASG Implementation team and other ERP stakeholders are supported.

Desirable Requirements:
Previous experience in Project Management.

Salary Range: Depending on Experience

Required Security Clearance Level: NV1

Location: Brisbane

Weekly Hours: 40hrs
