About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Business Development Executives while helping shape the future of TWE's field sales capability. Based in Brisbane (ideal), you'll lead a geographically dispersed team across Queensland, building capability, driving performance and strengthening customer execution across the state.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 8 Business Development Executives
- Spend 3 days per week in market providing hands-on field coaching
- Drive sales performance, execution standards and team capability
- Deliver regional sales, distribution and profitability objectives
- Translate priorities into clear and effective execution plans
- Use insights and sales data to identify performance opportunities
- Foster a culture of accountability, growth and customer focus
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to deliver business outcomes
- Support change initiatives and embed best-practice ways of working

Who we’re looking for
We're seeking an experienced Field Sales leader who is passionate about coaching others, building capability and delivering results through high-performing teams. You'll have:
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing sales teams
- A people centred, hands-on leadership style and passion for field-based coaching
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business performance
- Experience working within on-premises and retail FMCG channels in wine, liquor, beverage or related sectors
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A structured, organised and highly accountable approach to work
- A consistent communicator, you’ll have strong influencing skills and confidence leading through change
- The ability to balance performance, people and customer outcomes
- A growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
