Full Job Description

Established over 35 years ago, we have provided the Shoalhaven (and beyond) with custom made dentures and other removable appliances. We have 2 clinics at Bomaderry and Sanctuary Point, and our manufacturing laboratory is also located in Bomaderry.

This full-time Administration Assistant position is essential to maintaining the efficient operation of our practice. You will serve as the backbone of our office, ensuring daily tasks run smoothly. The role is primarily based in Bomaderry, with occasional travel to Sanctuary Point as needed.

We are seeking a flexible, reliable team member who is pursuing stable, long-term employment.

Experience with dental practice management software or willingness to learn (on the job training will be provided). Cert III in Business Administration or traineeship offered to suitable applicant, if required.

This Mon - Fri position (hours to be confirmed) will include the following duties and responsibilities

*Welcoming patients, making appointments

*Attending to phone calls

*Preparing the clinic between patients

*Processing hicaps and health funds

*Steralisation of instruments

*Filing, cleaning and stock control

To be successful you will need

*Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

*The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with patients and staff

*An exceptional ability to interact with people from all walks of life

*Good written and verbal skills, attention to detail

*Travel between both clinics, Bomaderry and Sanctuary Point

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
