About the engagement
We engage independent subcontract cleaners to deliver residential, end-of-lease, and specialty cleaning jobs across Adelaide's northern suburbs.
Work is offered on an on-call basis at a fixed price agreed before you start. You receive the property details and full scope up front, and you decide whether to accept or decline each job. There are no set hours, no rosters, and no guaranteed volume of work. This suits an established or emerging cleaning operator looking to take on additional jobs around their own schedule.
The work
- Residential cleans, deep cleans, end-of-lease cleans, carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning, and window cleaning
- Deliver each job to the agreed scope and to an agent-ready standard
- Complete jobs to the quality standard set out in the job scope, managing your own method and pace
- Work solo or alongside our team on larger jobs, with your own defined portion of the work
- Represent your business professionally at client properties
What you need
- A current ABN
- Public Liability Insurance, minimum $10M, with a current certificate of currency provided
- Confirmation of your right to work in Australia
- Photo identification for onboarding
- Australian driver's licence and your own reliable transport
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic English communication
- Cleaning experience preferred
How it works

- You invoice us under your ABN; payment on agreed terms
