Full Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced medical secretary to join our boutique specialist practice to cover 2-3 days a week. No weekends.

Some of the duties include providing exceptional reception and administrative support. Typical duties include managing bookings and billings.

Essential Criteria:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and attention to detail
Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality
Positive mindset and problem solving skills
Well presented at all times
Team player and a genuine interest and commitment to patient care
Excellent computer skills and competent in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Desirable Criteria:

Prior experience as a medical receptionist
Experience with medical software program Genie
Flexibility to cover staff as required

Above award rates are commensurate with experience.
