Black Rock Football Netball Club is seeking an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Netball Coach to join our senior netball program for the upcoming season.
We are a growing and ambitious club with a strong focus on player development, team culture, competitiveness and creating an enjoyable environment for our players.
About the Role
We are looking for a coach who can lead one of our senior netball teams throughout the season and bring energy, structure and a positive approach to both training and game day.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering engaging, structured weekly training sessions
- Coaching and developing players across technical, tactical and physical aspects of the game
- Providing constructive feedback and supporting individual player development
- Developing team structures, game plans and strategies
- Managing game day rotations, tactics and player combinations
- Creating a positive, inclusive and accountable team environment
- Working collaboratively with the Netball Committee and other senior coaches
- Supporting the broader direction and values of Black Rock Netball
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous netball coaching experience
- Holds, or is working towards, a recognised Netball Victoria coaching accreditation
- Has a strong understanding of netball fundamentals, tactics and game strategy
- Is organised, reliable and committed to attending training and game days
- Communicates effectively with players and club leadership
- Is passionate about developing players and getting the best out of a team
- Values teamwork, respect, accountability and a positive club culture
- Can motivate players and create an environment where people want to play and improve

Location: Black Rock / surrounding Bayside area
Remuneration: Coaching payment negotiable based on experience and accreditation
