Are you passionate about helping others and building a career in aged care? We’re looking for caring individuals with experience in home care or residential settings to support older customers (65+) to live independently at home.
Do you meet these minimum requirements?
- Live in or near Bingara NSW
- Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car (sorry, we cannot accept international licences or shared/rental vehicles)
- Have 12+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday (x1 weekend a month is required)
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

- Permanent Part-Time Contract
- Permanent Contract hours: 20-50 hours per fortnight + flex up hours.
- Hourly Rate: $36.42 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
- Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
