Focus on Closing, Not Cold Prospecting

In this role, you step into a position supported by a dedicated lead-generation engine that delivers 4 to 5 pre-qualified, first-contact discovery meetings directly into your calendar every week. Your focus is strictly on leading consultative discovery calls, demonstrating clear commercial ROI, and closing deals.

Over 85% of contact centres across Australia and New Zealand still rely on legacy push-button (DTMF) menus, driving up handle times and customer frustration. What You Will Be Doing

Lead Discovery Calls: Lead 30-minute initial meetings with Operations Managers, IT Directors, and C-Suite Executives to uncover operational bottlenecks.
Tailor & Demonstrate: Deliver clear, compelling product demonstrations using our Oration platform to show prospective clients how easily they can transform customer experience.
Build the Business Case: Help clients quantify their return on investment (e.g., efficiency gains and cost reduction) to unlock budget and secure commercial agreements.
Create Tailored Collateral: Construct structured, professional sales presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs) independently.
Own the Pipeline: Progress deals from initial discovery to contract signing, maintaining clean records within Salesforce.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Proven B2B Tech Sales Track Record: You have direct experience managing B2B software, SaaS, or technology sales cycles from discovery through to final signature.
Consultative Discovery Focus: You know how to ask insightful questions and let the client speak. You diagnose problems before presenting solutions.
Self-Sufficient Storyteller: You build clean, logical slide decks and proposals independently. You do not rely on linear presentation templates; you read the room and jump between topics smoothly based on client questions.
C-Suite Confidence: You can articulate technical and operational value to senior executive decision-makers with credibility and ease.
B2B SaaS Alignment: Prior exposure to AI, customer service technology, or contact centres is welcome, but a strong track record in general B2B SaaS deal-closing is what matters most.
