Ezaal Health Care is a growing healthcare staffing agency supplying Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers and other healthcare professionals to hospitals, aged care facilities and community services across Victoria.
We are seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment & Rostering Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare recruitment, nursing agencies or workforce rostering who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role
You will play a key role in recruiting quality healthcare staff, maintaining employee compliance and ensuring client shifts are filled promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), Personal Care Workers (PCWs), Disability Support Workers and other healthcare professionals.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and complete reference checks.
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Manage recruitment advertisements across Indeed and other job platforms.
- Fill client shifts quickly and efficiently using available staff.
- Liaise with healthcare facilities regarding staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and clients.
- Manage daily rosters and last-minute shift requests.
- Maintain accurate employee records and recruitment databases.
- Support staff with onboarding, availability updates and compliance renewals.
- Assist in workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a nursing agency, healthcare recruitment or rostering environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience using recruitment or rostering software is highly desirable.
- Ability to build positive relationships with healthcare staff and clients.
- A current Victorian Driver Licence (preferred).
Desirable
- Knowledge of Australian healthcare awards and staffing requirements.
- Experience recruiting nurses, carers or disability support workers.
- Experience with online recruitment platforms, including Indeed.
- Understanding of compliance requirements, including AHPRA, NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children Check and Police Checks.

Salary
Depending on experience:
- $30–$45 per hour + Super
- Performance bonuses based on recruitment targets, shift-fill rates and business growth.
